The TBL. Creative House Studio is a 760 square foot natural light studio located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful historic West Tampa Cigar Factory. The studio is ran by Phil Porto, owner of the Portos and tbl. Creative House. With a heart to see Tampa creatives thrive, Phil Porto got the location to provide a place where creatives could create masterpieces and build community. The studio is available for rent but will also be the home of many upcoming art shows, intimate music performances, and more.
Rates:
Hourly: $65 (2 hour minimum)
1/2 Day Rate: $300
Full Day Rate: $500
A half-day rental is a 5 hour time period. A full day rental is a 10 hour time period. Any overtime beyond the rental hours specified herein will apply in 1 hour increments. Overtime is subject to availability.
50% deposit due at time of booking. Remaining rental fees due the day before the rental day
Fees for additional time that was not billed during the initial booking will be due at the end of the rental period
Rental time begins promptly at the prescribed starting time and ends promptly at the prescribed ending time, regardless if renter and/or renter’s party is late***
Rental time includes load-in, setup, tear down and cleaning. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time and no later, please consider this when booking your rental.
25% reschedule fee if notice is less than 48 hours before scheduled rental.
Cleaning Fee:
For the well being of all who use the studio we are doing extensive cleaning after each session. There will be a $35 fee added to the rental to acommodate for the cleaning and disinfecting of the studio after use.
Photography backdrop:
Photography backdrop rental: $10
If there is a color that you would like that we are not currently using in the studio, you may request the color in your inquiry form. If we are able to get it delivered before your date, we will include the added cost in your invoice.
Current Color Options: Black, Olive, Pure Red, Pink, Baby Blue, Evergreen, Marmalade (yellow), Flamingo, Plum (purple), and Ultramarine (Blue).
A member of our team will be present during all shoots, in the side office, to answer any questions you may have.
Studio Rules:
No smoking is allowed in the studio. Projects involving smoke must have prior consent of a company representative
No one will be admitted who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances
No pets allowed without prior consent of a company representative
Renter responsible for any equipment damaged during rental period.
